Scott Mebus is an executive producer, director, brand strategist, creative director, author and composer. He currently helps brands find their multi-media voice as the founder of L to L Media. Previously, Mebus worked as Senior Vice President of Entertainment at Mansueto Ventures, where he oversaw edit and branded video, podcast and OTT content for Fast Company and Inc Media, as well as serving as creative director for custom content. He began his career with MTV, running the production arm of their Home Entertainment division, before moving on to be Head of Video at Hearst, overseeing video production and strategy for their 22 magazine brands, as well as multi-media custom content. In his spare time, he’s published five novels, written several off-broadway musicals, and, in his youth, composed a T.V. theme song for which he still gets twenty-cent checks in the mail. Mebus is a graduate of Wesleyan University.
